The fable of the Wise Rallan (a Rallan is similar to an Earth ruler) is told to every Andromedan child. The Rallan lived in ancient times when Andromedan tribes warred on each other. After praying, he recieved a solution. The Rallan decreed that all Andromedan eggs would be brought to a single location every year, and combined, so that no one would know who their son was, and what tribe he belonged to. In this way, no tribe was able to war against another, for fear that they might kill their own brethren.
